'Raintown'

I'm slightly chilled as I just got back from having my hair cut at the same barber's (it's been for years now - he keeps commenting from time to time how I've grown; and today, he asked if I was still in Penang; he has better memory than me - I need to eat more fish it seems :P), as always I ask for the same style (if you can call it a 'style'): leave the front, a little off the top, slight trimming and shave on the sides; a downward trim for the back of my head *shrugs*.

It was raining quite a fair bit in the morn and I missed going to the service as my 'faithful' seven-in-the-morning phone(y) alarm seemed to be weary in carrying out the routine (it has failed to do so in the last few days i.e. I set it at the said time but nothing expected happens). I think a few people will notice my abscence as some caught me (I was well hidden in the kitchen till I had to show a lady to the phone) last night at mum's place during a small dinner gathering of sorts: so we'll be seeing you tomorrow, yea?

Went to mum's place just now and had my toast with fried eggs, while she non-chalantly informed me that I might be short of some office clothes this week 'cause of the rain. Yea, I towed two bags (of laundry) home only yesterday, (and as this is Taiping a.k.a. the wettest place in Malaysia) this is kind of expected (I kind of smiled to that actually).
