I've come to realise that sometimes my life's best moments are the ones that come on days with me half expecting something abstractly 'good' and another half, being totally unprepared but just willing to be a spontaneous; plasticine to be shaped, inhibition and pretense be damned.
Yesterday was such a day.
"...If the days weren't so precious,
and no worlds where shorted wires had kept us;
things would be better than this,
there's an angel by the ocean i miss
and trips on the train
before our lives changed..."

Its things like meeting up with friends you haven't seen for ages (some were for years but i hardly felt the pinch, one was for months but i was hanging on to each moment of our meeting...well, she'd always been special ;-), watching a good movie (that you tell yourself you'd hate just because you're a bit critical of the actor, well he's a popular chinese mainstream R&B/rap singer - Well, let's just say i have issues with irrelevance and people being unrealistic....) that wasn't sceduled or planned with friends that you (also) weren't planning to meet, and just living your day 20 hours at a time (last 2 days, my total accumulation of sleep hours would probably be less then 8).
I had a good weekend this week. Thanks, to those of you who wished. I hope you had nothing short of a one that you'd coin 'good' as well.
Off i go again.
