Today in Totality

Slept round 4am yesterday, no one woke me up (no calls from the companies that i've applied or friends) till my mum called. My head was in a mess and i think i had a dream. Anyways, i dragged my zombied self around the house for a while to get the circulation going. Cleaned up and off to the Tan's residence again.

Mum was a bit pressed for time as she was stuck at the bank 'cause of some ineffecient teller (or so she says). She said she could imagine me working in a bank, and i would be the exact same guy who held her up. Consequently the same said guy got told off good. ^ . ^ ! .So i assited her in today's lunch preparation after i had my cuppa and newspaper. Peeling onions and cutting a pineapple (yeah dudes and dudettes, i am capable to an extent in the kitchen, ;-) helped me pass an odd hour. Finished a bit early than expected and by that time, mum was pretty free to manage things by herself, i went and took a nap.

After being done with lunch and the cleanup i headed straight away to the Aulong house where my downloads awaited me. This is just in: my interviewer called as i was editting today's post. She said that she wants to hire me but my application needs to go through the top management 1st, well, i suppose that's almost a good sign, i'll be waiting another week then. Most likely everything will commence in early April.

Another session of supper, pretty alright: was explaining the mechanics of a download programme and also some fitness regimes (i miss the comfort of feeling fit and healthy, but that's another matter for another day). Just after i finished posting the earlier edit of today's post, my 2nd call from the company came through and the interview was conducted through the call. Things are looking bright!, hehe. Hopefully the results from the next level would come through as fast so that i won't need to feel like a worrying wreck!, also for me to get accomodations in time!.

Ending note for the day:
In front of me lies my entertainment and essence provider, my november aquired pc. A desk littered with an old telekom bill (with some failed quadratic formulae from the death test, refer: icon box above, i stink at recalling my studies, i do...didn't get it), a 'fruitale' free coaster that has been stained with coffee/milo, a pc mic that i borrowed from a good bud and a yellow 'scottys' guitar pick. The sounds which are coming from the speakers: 'Royal Jelly' by the Butterfingers. The neighbourhood is all quite and sleeping. I have no idea what i'm going to do next. I look to my left where my guitar is leaning on my mattress against the wall. :-).
